In the Valamar “Diamant” Hotel, on Saturday, September 26, 2015, starting at 9:30 AM, the FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar will begin. The aim of the seminar is to provide norms and FIDE Arbiter titles (in accordance with Article 3.10 of the regulations for awarding the title of FIDE Arbiter) to the participants who pass the exam with 80% or better success. The completed FIDE seminar is worth as one norm and without it you cannot become a FIDE Arbiter.

The seminar will be held by licensed FIDE Lecturers - IA Almog Burstein (ISR) and IA Nenad Doric (CRO), in English, with translation into Croatian. The meeting of the candidates with the lecturers will be held on September 26, 2015, at Hotel “Diamant”, in the “Ulika” meeting hall.
